Only a small parcel of this very special wine is made each year, very ripe deep golden grapes are hand harvested and destemmed to our press, the juice spends a few hours absorbing the flavours of their skins then we do a range of barrel and tank fermentation to addcomplexity and pure fruit aromas to the wine. This wine shows great concentration of apricot and pear on the nose with a toast undertone, the finish is rich and textural .
